You will collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders, champion agile practices, and help optimize workflows, SLAs, and automation. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Owner or business analyst in ITSM platforms.
• Hands-on Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL/ITSM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into platform solutions.
• Design and optimize JSM workflows, SLAs, portals, and automations.
• Support ITSM best practices and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams.
• Track KPIs and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Contribute to continuous service management enhancements.
