rindus Technology S.L in Málaga is seeking an IT Service Manager to design and optimise end-to-end IT service processes. You will coordinate multiple service providers, ensure SLAs, and report performance to stakeholders.

Fluent in German and English, with 3+ years in ITSM and ITIL knowledge, you will drive continuous improvement, manage vendor negotiations, and support project rollouts in a hybrid or remote arrangement. This is a dynamic, international team role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, economic or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years in IT service management or similar.
• Good knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and service quality.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimise end-to-end IT service processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multiple service providers ensuring SLAs.
• Monitor and report service performance with regular stakeholder presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing actions.
• Support the team lead with contract management and vendor negotiations.
• Interface between technical experts and service agents to foster collaboration.
• Collaborate on IT service rollouts and transformations.
• Handle escalation processes professionally and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery.
