• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel reception/front office.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Catalonia's tourism landscape is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and Catalan is required; English proficiency is essential.
