Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance experience.
• Experience in a support environment with incidents and problem management.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for JD Edwards Finance modules.
• Create functional solutions based on defined business requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure fixes meet requirements and are delivered on time.
• Provide problem management to proactively reduce incident frequency and impact.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive process improvements.
