• Engage stakeholders to gather and analyze business and financial requirements.
• Lead workshops to define project scope; liaison during development and configuration.
• Implement JDE configurations with Global Product Teams and deliver integration paper mappings.
• Produce high-quality requirements documentation, prepare test plans, run SIT, and support UAT.
• Configure BI tools (Cognos, Power BI) and build solutions for slotting, labor management, and invoicing linked to OMS and WMS
