Job summary

Apprize Technology Solutions seeks an IT Business Analyst with JD Edwards Financials experience for a Europe-wide contract. You will engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and support configuration, data migration, and integrations across systems.

Lead workshops, document requirements, and assist with SIT/UAT. Experience with Cognos or Power BI for reporting and integration tasks is essential.

IT Business Analyst, JD Edwards Financials (Contract)

• Location & Mode: Across Europe; remote with possible travel (all travel costs covered by the client).
• Duration: 6-12 month contract, with possible extension.
• Role Summary: Engage stakeholders, gather and analyze business and financial requirements, and support system configuration, data migration, and integration across systems.
• Requirements & Functional Lead: Lead workshops to define project scope and act as the internal consultant and liaison during the development and configuration stage.
• JDE & Integration: Implement JDE configurations with Global Product Teams and deliver paper mapping documentation for integrations between customer and client systems.
• Testing & Documentation: Produce high-quality requirements documentation, prepare test plans, run SIT, and support users during UAT.
• Reporting & Other Apps: Configure BI tools (Cognos, Power BI) and build functional solutions for applications like slotting, labor management, and invoicing linked to OMS and WMS.
• Must-Have: 6-8 years as a Platform Consultant or Business Analyst, hands-on JDE Financials experience, inventory management/costing, and a Bachelor's in IT.
• Nice-to-Have: Integration specialist experience, project management certification, and basic project management skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and documentation skills, tenacious problem-solving, excellent communication, and good teamwork (negotiation skills a plus).
