Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve cross‑application Workday modules. This remote role spans Spain and Portugal, offering exposure to international clients and diverse teams.

The candidate should have a foundational background in IT/Networking, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot incidents remotely while maintaining documentation and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate problems, collects performance statistics and creates reports.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until incident is resolved.
• Remotely investigates root causes and assists with implementation of remedies.
• Maintains secure, accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs).
• Communicates with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on incidents.
