Job summary

TalentFish is seeking a Senior Finance & Operations Systems Engineer to support enterprise applications in a remote role with proximity to New York City, Boston, or the DC metro area. The role collaborates with IT and business units to ensure system health, performance, and ongoing improvements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT, 5+ years on Elite 3E or Aderant, and strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Competitive benefits with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of general IT and systems work.
• 5+ years' experience supporting Elite 3E or Aderant, preferably in a professional services or legal industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and support of enterprise applications.
• Lead implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmaps.
• Develop in 3E IDE and Design Gallery.
• Provide technical support and ensure health and stability of all systems.
• Monitor performance and capacity; perform capacity planning.
• Coordinate with IT teams and business users for enhancements and new capabilities.
