TikTok is seeking a Program Manager (Product Solutions) to support the Global Settlement team in Europe. The role focuses on localizing settlement regulations, collaborating with product and R&D to automate settlements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in settlement work within large logistics enterprises, strong logistics knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years experience in settlement-related work within medium or large logistics enterprises.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and billing & settlement challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive issue solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Localize settlement regulations and procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and R&D to develop settlement automation plans and test new system functions.
• Work with project teams to deliver settlement solutions early in logistics projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and customers, including billing and AR collections.
• Develop risk management systems to identify and mitigate settlement risks.
• Improve handling of sellers' settlement-related inquiries to enhance user experience.
