Job summary

Teleperformance España in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to be the first touchpoint for EMEA clients. You will identify sales opportunities, reach out via outbound calls and emails, and guide prospective clients toward suitable Google Product solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient or advanced level of Italian; good level of English (oral and written).
• 14 months sales experience and customer interaction; ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with some supervision.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
