Job summary

Teleperformance España in Barcelona is seeking a proactive sales professional to engage outbound leads for Google Ads, act as a digital consultant, and drive advertiser onboarding across the EMEA region. The role is target-driven within a dynamic sales team in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and tailor recommendations to client needs while coordinating onboarding and verification processes.

Qualifications

• English level C2 required.
• At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Structured communicator, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone calls and/or emails) per day.
• Qualify and manage inbound leads and the overall sales pipeline.
• Identify the needs of the business and personalize the product towards the related business.
• Prepare and set expectations with businesses about onboarding and go-live.
• Develop a deep understanding of onboarding requirements/processes across regions.
• Work closely with businesses to collect and submit information for onboarding.
• Advise and support businesses on verification requirements during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot or route issues and feedback through the appropriate support channels.
• Work in a fast-changing, fast-paced workplace.
