Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Italian-speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, log details, and resolve requests within SLA, while maintaining product knowledge relevant to customer applications.

The role offers full-time hours (39 per week), a permanent contract, and training plus opportunities for career development and language courses. Central Barcelona location and referral bonuses are provided.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual Italian and advanced English.
• Able to work in a customer service environment.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or other alerts and resolve requests.
• Log calls in management systems and respond within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications specific to customers.
• Escalate issues to mentors when needed.
• Follow all project processes and procedures.
