Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat and guiding them through banking transactions and related issues.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a diverse team.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and good English communication.
• Customer-focused, empathetic approach.
• Experience in banking, financial services or contact centres is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with risk-awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat with first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Assist with banking transactions, fraud cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Share knowledge and feedback to improve processes.
• Adapt to changing customer and business needs.
• Identify vulnerable customers and respond appropriately.
