Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across a wide range of banking and financial services enquiries via phone, email and chat.

Eligibility to work in Portugal is required. The role offers a full-time, 40-hour week with 8-hour rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, plus benefits including health

Formación

• Fluent Italian and good English communication.
• Strong customer-focused communication with empathy.
• Confident in handling complex situations and decisions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, customer service or contact centres is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally with fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers and adapt approach as needed.
• Follow procedures while using sound judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge and provide feedback to colleagues to improve processes.
