Factorial is seeking a Product Onboarding Team Lead to operate on site in Barcelona, overseeing the Portuguese & ROW market onboarding. You will mentor a team to deliver fast, high-quality onboarding while driving retention and satisfaction across global customers.

You will recruit and grow a 6-7 person Onboarding team, monitor performance, and collaborate with CX and product teams to standardize processes and scale impact.

Formación

• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS.
• Team Lead experience, ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a track record of driving customer retention and onboardings.
• Speak fluent English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about technology and customer service.
• Knowledge of the HR industry will be valuable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability skills, ability to pivot strategies based on market changes, customer feedback, and internal goals.
• Experience with project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new clients is a PLUS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy to hire new Onboarding Specialists quickly and efficiently.
• Manage a team of Onboarding Specialists (6-7 people) to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Monitor team performance metrics and take actions to address gaps and improvements.
• Implement new strategies and tactics to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and reduce onboarding duration.
• Motivate your team and give feedback constantly.
• Help create a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work.
• Maintain consistency in hitting duration and retention targets.
