Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Italian market from Barcelona. You will identify target accounts, initiate conversations, and book meetings for our Italy Account Executive. You’ll work with the AE on account strategies and ensure a strong outbound pipeline.

You will use AI tools to research accounts, write faster, and still contribute your own thinking. This role offers a hybrid setup with proximity to Europe-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native Italian and advanced English (C1).
• Around 1 year of experience as a BDR or in a similar outbound role.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Able to plan own day and work independently.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts in the Italian market via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify and book meetings, handing off qualified opportunities to the Italy AE.
• Collaborate with the Italy AE on the account plan and ABM plays.
• Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date with activity and opportunities.
• Share learnings from prospects to improve outbound messaging.
