Wallbox is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative in Barcelona to qualify and manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads across B2C and B2B for the Italian market. You will build first-touch relationships, assess needs, and hand off to Account Executives or official distributors and installers in the region.

You’ll maintain CRM records (Salesforce), conduct discovery calls, and ensure timely follow-ups to fuel the sales pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Sales, SDR, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Fluent/native in Italian.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from website and campaigns.
• Outreach to outbound prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and more.
• Perform initial discovery calls to understand needs and buying potential.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and handovers to Sales Executives/Distributors.
