Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid is seeking a Purchasing Trainee to support the International purchasing department on global contests. You will help manage contracts, product sheets, and supplier data while coordinating with business units across regions.

The role requires an English-proficient student in the final year of study, with familiarity in MS Office and TMS. This internship is based in Madrid with international exposure and cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Student in final year of Business Management and Administration or related master (MBA, Hotel Business Management).
• High level of English, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and TMS.

Responsabilidades

• Support the International purchasing department with international contests.
• Manage and draw up contracts, agreements and product sheets.
• Classify information regarding suppliers.
• Assist in the analysis of tenders submitted by suppliers and products.
• Resolve incidents with international suppliers from other business units.
• Maintain contact with all business units.
