You will work with the technical team to deliver high-quality, user-focused service. Minimum 1–2 years in technical support, with knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and virtualization.

Formación

• Higher vocational training in IT or equivalent.
• Additional training in systems, networks, or development is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and collaborators.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computers, operating systems, mobile devices, printers, and corporate applications.
• Provide in-person, phone, and remote support; manage user onboarding, modifications, and offboarding.
