Boats Group in Barcelona is seeking a dependable Internal Support Technician to be the friendly first point of contact for colleagues experiencing IT issues. You will triage and resolve basic tickets, set up equipment for new hires, and support onboarding/offboarding while working alongside a Systems Engineer in a complex, multi-tool environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a help-desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical role.
• Comfortable working independently in a complex technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday IT issues in the Barcelona office.
• Triaging and resolving first-line help-desk tickets (password resets, connectivity, printers, hardware, basic software).
• Setting up laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires; maintain equipment inventory.
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics; handle high-volume arrivals/departures.
• Provide calm, patient in-person and remote support to non-technical colleagues.
