YMANT is seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer in Tarragona to join a highly skilled technical team. The role requires fluent English and a minimum of two years in user support and IT infrastructure management, on-site and remote, including VIP user support.

You will handle hardware, software, end-user computing, and asset inventory, while ensuring IT security policy compliance and collaborating with external providers.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.

• Fluent English for international meetings (mandatory).
• Willingness to learn and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Tarragona, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing.
• Resolve, log and monitor incidents using ticketing tools.
• Provide on-site support at the plant and remote support to other locations.
• Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with IT security policy compliance.
• Collaborate with external service providers and provide VIP user support.
• Participate in technology projects and deployments.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer with fluent English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support and IT infrastructure management, both on-site and remotely, including VIP user support.

Workplace: Tarragona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing.
• Resolve, log and monitor incidents using ticketing tools.
• Provide on-site support at the plant and remote support to other group locations.
• Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.
• Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices.
• Manage and keep the IT asset inventory up to date.
• Provide Smart Hands / Hands & Eyes support and collaborate with external service providers.
• Provide specialized support to VIP users.
• Participate in technology projects and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of IT environments and infrastructure in industrial plants.
• Experience or knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for international meetings. (Mandatory)
• Autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented profile, with a willingness and curiosity to learn.
• Ability to work closely with the Plant Manager and international teams.
• Availability to work on-site in Tarragona.
