iRemotech in Tarragona seeks an Operations & Support Specialist to maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality support for internal teams and customers. The role covers monitoring processes, coordinating resources, and helping implement new procedures and tools.

You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work with sales and operations to resolve problems quickly. The position is full-time and on-site at iRemotech facilities in Tarragona, with cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to work on-site in Tarragona and handle multiple tasks.

• Relevant vocational training or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
