Exclusive Networks is seeking an IT Support Engineer to assist with maintenance and configuration of internal infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, and networks. You will install hardware and software on devices and improve IT services across regions.

Report to the Global Helpdesk Manager and help unify solutions for all offices, local and remote. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of Windows and macOS clients, Intune and Jamf, and strong Office 365 skills.

Formación

• Degree in relevant IT field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh clients.
• Experience with Intune and Jamf for device management.
• Strong Office 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of Active Directory and user permissions.
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, wireless).
• Experience in remote user support and device deployment.
• Ability to document processes clearly.
• Excellent spoken and written English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day IT support for endpoints, servers, and networks.
• Resolve incidents and requests per SLAs and maintain ticket quality.
• Support and deploy devices with Intune and Jamf.
• Assist with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Help maintain network connectivity and remote office support.
