NP Group is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across end-user devices, IT infrastructure and data centre hardware. You will troubleshoot issues, support enterprise hardware, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This long-term freelance assignment (initially 6 months) requires 4+ years of enterprise IT or field support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active

Formación

• 4+ years' experience in enterprise IT or field support.
• Strong troubleshooting across end‑user devices and hardware.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Hands‑on exposure to data centre hardware (servers, racks, network equipment, storage and cabling).
• Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management).
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and hardware/software issues.
• Support data centre equipment including servers, racks, network devices, storage, power units and cabling.
• Perform hardware installations, replacements and Smart Hands activities.
• Manage Incidents, Problems, Changes and Assets in line with ITSM processes.
• Work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
