Econocom España busca un/a Operador/a IT Junior para unirse al equipo. Realizará monitorización en tiempo real de sistemas críticos y gestionará incidentes con registro detallado y escalado cuando sea necesario.

Se valorará experiencia básica en scripting, manejo de ServiceNow y herramientas de informe como Excel o Power BI, con un nivel mínimo de inglés B2. Contrato permanente y turnos 24/7 en Madrid.

Formación

• Competencia en ServiceNow para registro de incidentes y monitorización.
• Capacidad para generar informes con Excel o Power BI.
• Conocimientos básicos de scripting y familiaridad con procesos ITIL.
• Nivel mínimo de inglés B2.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorizar sistemas y aplicaciones en tiempo real para detectar incidentes.
• Registrar, clasificar y priorizar incidentes; resolver incidencias de bajo impacto y escalar las complejas.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y otros departamentos para resolver incidentes.
• Análisis preliminar y aplicación de soluciones básicas a incidencias recurrentes.
• Mantener registros detallados de incidencias y generar informes de estado.
• Asegurar que los incidentes se resuelven dentro de los SLA acordados.
• Seguir procedimientos operativos de gestión de incidentes.
• Escalar incidentes críticos con mejoras de procesos.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
• Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
• Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
• Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
• Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and with monitoring tools like understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
• Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
• Minimum B2 level of English required.

• Clear and precise communication with technical teams and end-users.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in critical problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and ability to identify and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize operational impact.
• Effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
• Anticipation of potential issues and proactive measures to prevent them.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills for managing incidents based on urgency.
