Job summary

Kyndryl is looking for an experienced IT Services and Outsourcing leader based in Bilbao to drive end-to-end service delivery and client relationships across Basque Country. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L responsibilities, and push for continuous improvement in operations.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with partners, delivery teams, and SREs to achieve favorable client outcomes and profitable outcomes across the contract while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring quality services.
• Knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms and IT services.
• Experience in incident, problem and change management, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with Delivery Partners and SREs to drive positive outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps, automation and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery ensuring SLA compliance and security.
• Act as trusted advisor to the client, guiding business outcomes and satisfaction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources and influence profitability.
• Drive service transformation and expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Ensure governance, risk management and continuous service improvement.
