Kyndryl is seeking a contract professional to advance its Contracts & Negotiations team, shaping IT agreements across multi-million dollar deals. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, negotiating terms, and growing into more complex deals within a dynamic, global tech environment.

Initial onsite presence in Madrid with a path to hybrid or remote setup after onboarding; occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• Law degree required with 1-3 years in a law firm or 5+ years in-house IT contract management.
• English proficiency; French preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear writing.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and manage customer IT agreements ranging from outsourcing to bespoke amendments.
• Collaborate across functions to lead complex projects and ensure profitability.
• Manage existing accounts and deals with potential growth into more complex negotiations.
