Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Services and Outsourcing leader for Bilbao-based client delivery. You will drive end-to-end IT services, manage client relationships, and optimize delivery while ensuring profitability across engagements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, promote growth, and champion a culture of service excellence with a focus on AIOps, automation, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and delivering quality IT services to customers.
• Solid knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Experience leading teams through incident, problem and change management, plus root-cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to drive positive customer outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps, with an automation- and innovation-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT services delivery, ensuring SLA compliance, stability, security, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
• Act as trusted advisor to the client, aligning services with business objectives and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and share accountability for contract profitability through cost control and delivery optimization.
