Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. in Granada, Spain is seeking a Service Coordinator to drive incident resolution, coordinate and manage service requests, and maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the service lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to document and improve service management procedures, monitor SLAs, and ensure ITSM systems are up to date to support efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a key IT discipline such as desktop field services, network support, applications, security, or IT management.
• Capability to navigate effectively between infrastructure and application platforms, businesses and functions, end users and senior management.
• Expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, incident management, and service improvement.
• Experience in SLA Management/Service Management.
• Expertise in customer service and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage incident response, service requests, and changes within ITIL-aligned frameworks.
• Monitor SLAs and ITSM systems to ensure timely service delivery and escalation handling.
• Lead post-resolution reviews and drive incident recovery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate status and progress to customers throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Support process improvements through metrics, reviews, and education of users.
