Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Services and Outsourcing leader for Bilbao-based client delivery. You will drive end-to-end IT services, manage client relationships, and optimize delivery while ensuring profitability across engagements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, promote growth, and champion a culture of service excellence with a focus on AIOps, automation, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and delivering quality IT services to customers.
• Solid knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Experience leading teams through incident, problem and change management, plus root-cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to drive positive customer outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps, with an automation- and innovation-oriented mindset.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Services and Outsourcing professional responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services, leading the operational relationship with strategic clients, and driving contract profitability and evolution through effective management of teams, operations, and technology transformation.

1. Service Delivery & Operations

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring SLA compliance, operational stability, security, risk management, and continuous service improvement.

2. Client Relationship & Business Outcomes

Acts as a trusted advisor to the client, understands their business objectives, manages customer satisfaction, and contributes to account growth by identifying service transformation and expansion opportunities.

3. Leadership & Financial Management

Leads multidisciplinary teams, develops talent, coordinates resources, and shares responsibility for contract profitability through cost management, delivery optimization, and account P&L management.

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Bilbao or near to Bilbao, with regular presence to support clients across the Basque Country territory.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Basque (Euskera) language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage

Required Skills and Experience

• -5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
• -Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
• -Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
• -Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes
• -AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset
• -Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
• -Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth

Preferred Skills and Experience

• -Bachelor's degree
• -Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
