IKONS Iberica, based in Valencia, is seeking an IT Recruiter to join a dynamic team. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and freelance roles, with a focus on SAP professionals and international clients. The role rewards proactive sourcing, strong negotiations, and high-quality candidate relationships.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with one day remote and generous holidays, alongside a supportive growth-focused culture that values integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• 1–5 years of experience in international IT recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2/C1).

• Manage end-to-end IT recruiting processes (mostly SAP professionals) for permanent and freelancing positions. Having experience in SAP recruiting is a big plus.
• Help us to connect our clients with exceptional IT professionals by describing job requirements and screening candidates who match.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking, etc.., and helping to increase our IT Specialist network. In this job there is a lot of phone calls and demanding negotiations.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and conduct interviews with potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit, conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Play an active role in our Business Development activities to ensure new client acquisition and successful deal closures and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in our tools.
• Promote the Company image to candidates and clients and ensure that the Company Values are put into practice and followed, personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior with all the parties involved in the recruiting processes.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and eager to grow and learn.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1–5 years of experience in international IT recruitment, with solid experience leading negotiations throughout the hiring process — both with candidates and clients.

We value people who genuinely enjoy the art of negotiation, not as a formality, but as an essential and exciting part of building successful partnerships. A true passion for recruitment, communication, and relationship management is key.

You’re comfortable with digital tools, organized.

Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 Upper / C1), other languages are welcome.
