IKONS Iberica, based in Valencia, is seeking an IT Recruiter to join a dynamic team. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and freelance roles, with a focus on SAP professionals and international clients. The role rewards proactive sourcing, strong negotiations, and high-quality candidate relationships.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with one day remote and generous holidays, alongside a supportive growth-focused culture that values integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• 1–5 years of experience in international IT recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end IT recruiting processes for permanent and freelance roles (SAP experience a plus).
• Describe job requirements and screen candidates who match.
• Source and attract candidates via databases, social media, networking, etc.
