Advantage Consultores in Barcelona is seeking an International Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end executive search assignments across Spain and the DACH region. You will engage with senior clients and candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and build long-term relationships in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting / Executive Search
• Experience working within an HR consultancy
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented
• Comfortable managing projects independently

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end international Executive Search projects
• Understand client needs and define target profiles
• Identify and approach candidates through direct search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews
• Evaluate candidates and prepare shortlists and candidate reports
• Present candidates and advise clients throughout the selection process
• Stay in close contact with clients and candidates throughout the whole process
• Take part in HR events, networking activities and internal projects

We are looking for an International Senior Recruiter to join our team in Barcelona.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end international Executive Search projects
• Understand client needs and define target profiles

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting / Executive Search
• Previous experience working within an HR consultancy
• A proactive, organized and results-oriented Recruiter, with a practical and flexible mindset
• Someone comfortable managing projects independently and taking ownership from start to finish
• A strong communicator who enjoys building close relationships with clients and candidates
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international and intercultural environment

Languages

• Native Spanish and Catalan
• Full professional English
• German is a strong plus
