adesso SE is expanding its HR Iberia team, inviting a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join either Madrid or Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès). You will own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top IT talent for a fast-growing international IT organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and IT recruitment experience, and business-level English.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Experience recruiting technical and business profiles in IT, technology, consulting or digital sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment cycle from need understanding to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment priorities and provide expert guidance.
• Source, identify and engage qualified IT and business candidates for various roles.
• Conduct CV screening, phone and competency-based interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interview reports and recruitment recommendations.

At adesso Spain, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Iberia team, based in Madrid or Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès).

What You’ll Do

As part of our HR team, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent for our growing international IT organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage the full recruitment process, from understanding the hiring need and defining the profile to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define recruitment priorities and provide expert advice throughout the selection process.
• Source, identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and corporate roles.
• Conduct CV screening, phone interviews and competency-based interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interview reports and recruitment recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Support and develop employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
• Support day-to-day HR activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Experience recruiting technical and business profiles in the IT, technology, consulting or digital sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related data.
• Business-level English proficiency, minimum B2-C1.
• Availability to work from either our Madrid or Barcelona office.
