Job summary

iTalenters in Barcelona seeks a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for diverse roles. You will source candidates, assess, and interview, while building a strong candidate pipeline and long-term relationships with talents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field, 2+ years in recruiting, and excellent English. You will join an international team and enjoy an empowering home office setup along with a Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• +2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions.
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for our clients.
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on interview and assignment performance.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
