Job summary

isolutions in Barcelona is seeking a curious Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to support recruiting for software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.

You will work with our Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to source and screen candidates, build talent pools, and help deliver a positive candidate experience in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build pipelines.
• Source tech talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and profiles, looking beyond keywords to identify potential.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hires.
• Support end-to-end recruitment: schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain data accuracy.
• Be a first point of contact for candidates and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
• Support social recruiting and employer branding activities.
• Help organize and participate in meetups and tech community events.

In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the growth of our technical teams, working side by side with our Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers. You’ll support the full recruitment journey and help us connect with top tech talent across software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.

• Helping organize and taking part in meetups and tech community events.

• You’re currently studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
