Job summary

BizAway S.r.l. is looking for an International Recruiter (m/f/d) to scale hiring across global markets, covering tech and business teams.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build pipelines for Engineering, Product and Data, and partner with global Hiring Managers to shape our growing teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in recruiting with 3+ years in tech, fluent English, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with at least 3 years in tech recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical job families and the tech talent market.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
• Advanced computer knowledge including HRMS, MS Office, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for tech and non-tech roles across international markets.
• Drive sourcing and hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data positions while maintaining pipelines for commercial and operational roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, events, and sourcing strategies.
• Strategic business partnering: primary TA contact for global Hiring Managers; advise on talent market dynamics and offers.
• Cross-functional collaboration with CTPO, Product and Data leads and talent communities.
• Data & ATS operations: manage openings in ATS, ensure data hygiene, track recruitment metrics.
• Employer branding & engagement: represent BizAway at job fairs, career days, conferences, and internal events.

We are looking for a driven and adaptable International Recruiter (m/f/d) to drive talent acquisition across all areas of our business—from core Tech and Product teams to key Business, Operations, and Corporate functions.

The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded talent acquisition background, combining generalist international recruitment experience with a strong grasp of the tech talent market. You will play a strategic role in shaping our global teams, partnering closely with leadership, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Your role in BizAway

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of both tech and non-tech roles across international markets.
• Drive sourcing and hiring for specialized Engineering, Product, and Data positions while maintaining strong pipelines for commercial and operational roles.
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert passive top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, events, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Strategic business partnering: serve as the primary TA contact for global Hiring Managers, advising on talent market dynamics, interviewing best practices, and offer strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with executive stakeholders (including our CTPO, Product, and Data leads) and team up with our Senior Tech TA Partner on talent community initiatives.
• Data & ATS Operations: Manage global openings within our ATS, ensure data hygiene, and contribute to tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Employer Branding & Engagement: Represent BizAway at job fairs, career days, tech conferences, and internal team events.

Your Basic Qualifications

• Experience of minimum 5 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with at least 3 years of tech recruitment background;
• Good understanding of technical job families, IT skills, technologies, and the dynamics of the tech talent market.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in a competitive talent landscape;
• Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite;
• Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects;
• Stakeholder Management: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence Hiring Managers at all levels.
• Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
