Responsabilités

• Управлять полным циклом найма для всех вакансий.
• Заведывать топ-ф funnel: исследование, поиск и отбор кандидатов.
• Использовать социальные сети для активного найма и публикации вакансий.
• Разрабатывать инновационные стратегии поиска талантов.
• Вести пайплайн кандидатов и работать с клиентами над подходящими ролями.
• Проводить начальные интервью и оценку кандидатов.
• Строить долгосрочные отношения с кандидатами и клиентами.

Задачи

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates

Требования

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• +2 years of experience in recruiting
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills
