Job summary

BETWEEN ищет IT Project Manager (Supply Chain & SAP) для реализации проектов цифровой трансформации в области цепочек поставок, логистики и операций. Роль предполагает взаимодействие между бизнес-единицами и техническими командами, координацию SAP-специалистов и обеспечение достижения целей проекта.

Начальный контракт — 6 месяцев с возможностью продления; приветствуется опыт в международной среде и возможность ростa в национальном и международном масштабах.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства IT-проектами на уровне 4–5 лет.
• Опыт управления технологиями в цепочке поставок, логистике, складах или операциях.
• Опыт координации команд, специализирующихся на SAP.

Responsibilities

• Вести IT-проекты, связанные с цепочками поставок, логистикой, складами и операциями.
• Определять планы проектов, этапы, результаты, графики и цели.
• Выступать связующим звеном между бизнес-областями и IT-командами.
• Координировать междисциплинарные команды, особенно SAP-направления.
• Управлять рисками, зависимостями и инцидентами, обеспечивая продвижение проектов.
• Соблюдать сроки, качество, рамки и бизнес-цели.
• Содействовать коммуникации между заинтересованными лицами и поддерживать принятие решений.
• Стимулировать непрерывное совершенствование и цифровую трансформацию в SCM.

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager (Supply Chain & SAP) to take part in technology transformation initiatives with a direct impact on the supply chain, logistics and operations.

Задачи:

• Lead IT projects related to Supply Chain, logistics, warehouses and operations.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, schedules and objectives.
• Act as a link between business areas and technology teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, especially teams specialising in SAP environments.
• Manage risks, dependencies and incidents, ensuring projects progress properly.
• Ensure deadlines, quality, scope and business objectives are met.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and promote decision-making within the project.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in Supply Chain processes.
• Track project progress, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.

Требования:

• Between 4 and 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience managing technology projects related to Supply Chain, logistics, warehouses or operations.
• Experience coordinating teams specialising in SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex environments.
• Experience acting as a bridge between functional areas and technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.
• Results-oriented, with problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate-high level of English.
