Job summary

SERVICIOS IT: SEREM Consultoría Empresarial приглашает в команду IT Project Manager ITIL/ITSM с опытом управления технологическими проектами и сервисами. Требуется не меньше 6 лет опыта в управлении IT-проектами/сервисами, сертифицированный ITIL и владение Catalan на уровне C1.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта управления IT-проектами и/или сервисами
• 6+ лет коммуникаций с клиентами и поставщиками
• 3+ года работы с инструментами заявок/ITSM
• Наличие высшего образования или эквивалента
• Действующая сертификация ITIL
• Наличие одной из сертификаций: Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2
• Уровень каталонского языка C1
• Будет плюсом: опыт с BMC Remedy, знания Generative AI, SIAM, сертификация Remedy

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an IT Project Manager ITIL / ITSM with experience in managing technology projects and services, to participate in initiatives related to the onboarding and launch of new services within a large organization. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the various activities required to ensure the successful transition and onboarding of new services, working across clients, suppliers, and different technical and management teams.

Требования

• At least 6 years of experience managing IT projects and/or services, performing similar duties.
• At least 6 years of experience communicating with clients and suppliers.
• At least 3 years of experience with ticketing or IT service management tools.
• A university degree or an advanced vocational qualification.
• A current official ITIL certification.
• Hold at least one of the following certifications: Agile / Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2.
• A C1-level certificate in Catalan.
