Чемпионство PMP, высокий уровень английского и опыт работы на крупных проектах — ключевые требования.

Qualifications

• Требуется сертификация PMP.
• Уровень английского — высокий, как говоримый, так и письменный.
• Опыт руководства крупными, высоко-видимыми проектами.
• Опыт управления Data и/или IT трансформациями.
• Опыт в управлении бюджетами, рисками и заинтересованными сторонами на уровне директоров и вице-президентов.
• Опыт координации междисциплинарных и международных команд.
• Знания в области Supply Chain, финансов/контроллинга или анализа затрат.

Responsibilities

• Ведение сложного Data/IT проекта трансформации от планирования до внедрения и развёртывания.
• Управление планом проекта: milestones, зависимости, риски, ресурсы и deliverables.
• Организация управления проектом и проведение обзоров на уровне руководства, взаимодействие с директорами и вице-президентами.
• Координация международных команд в IT, Data, Supply Chain, Operations и Finance.
• Разработка и внедрение Digital Twin/Cost Control Tower.
• Обеспечение соответствия бизнес-требований и технологического решения.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager – Data & Supply Chain to join an international Data & IT transformation project within the Services Supply Chain area. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a strategic, high-visibility project, working with international IT, Data, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams. As this is a global environment, a high level of English is required.

• Lead a complex Data/IT transformation project from start to finish, from planning through implementation and rollout.
• Manage the project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and deliverables.
• Establish project governance and lead executive reviews and reporting with senior stakeholders, including Director and VP profiles.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary, international IT, Data, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Digital Twin / Operational Cost Control Tower.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational processes and the technology solution.
• Understand Supply Chain operations and their main cost drivers to effectively guide the project teams.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and mitigation plans, ensuring that project objectives are met.
• Ensure that the solution provides a reliable view of current operating costs and their future forecasts.

• PMP certification, mandatory.
• High professional level of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing complex, high-visibility projects.
• Demonstrable experience leading Data and/or IT transformation projects.
• Experience in project governance, risk management and senior stakeholder management, including interaction with Director and VP profiles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling or cost management and analysis.
