Qualifications

• Опыт управления IT-проектами не менее 6 лет, включая CRM-проекты (CRM Dynamics приветствуется).

Responsibilities

• Определять рамки проекта, цели и deliverables совместно с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Вести управление контрактами с внешними поставщиками, обеспечить соответствие.
• Координировать работу междисциплинарных команд для сбора требований и контроля разработки и поставки.
• Руководить планированием и внедрением решений, интеграций с корпоративными системами (CRM, ERP и др.).
• ОбеспечиватьDelivery: управление бэклогом, планирование спринтов, вовлечение стейкхолдеров, отслеживание ценности.
• Мониторить KPI и показатели использования для улучшения и внедрения в разных подразделениях.
• Управлять изменениями объема проекта и их воздействием.
• Содействовать принятию CRM-решений пользователями.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (CRM Dynamics) to join one of our teams. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects related to the CRM ecosystem, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics.

Задачи

• Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage and develop contracts with external providers, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and oversee development and successful delivery.
• Lead the planning and execution of solution deployments, updates and integrations with corporate systems (Cimsa, Lims, CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Ensure delivery: manage the backlog, plan sprints, involve stakeholders and track value.
• Monitor KPIs and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement and adoption across all divisions.
• Manage changes to the project scope and their corresponding impacts.
• Facilitate CRM adoption by end users.

Требования

• More than 6 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management, including at least some CRM experience.
• Solid experience managing CRM system implementation and improvement projects (e.g. Dynamics 365).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience managing external providers and technology contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Availability to travel internationally.
