Job summary

Antal International in Barcelona is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of strategic technology and digital projects, spanning mobile apps, the corporate website and e-commerce channel, driving growth and value.

You will manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and ERP integrations (Odoo), ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, security and data protection, while enabling continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field; 5+ years leading IT/digital projects end-to-end.
• Experience delivering mobile apps, corporate websites, and e-commerce projects.
• Experience coordinating external development teams, agencies and technology vendors.
• Knowledge of systems integration via APIs and CRM/payment platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of strategic technology and digital projects.
• Manage development of mobile applications and ensure optimal digital experience.
• Coordinate design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and digital platforms.
• Lead implementation and evolution of the e-commerce channel, including payments and UX.
• Coordinate vendors and external teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee ERP integrations (Odoo) and cross-functional team coordination to optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in internal processes and customer service.
• Define functional requirements with departments and ensure correct implementation.
• Oversee testing, deployments, incidents, and enhancements across digital platforms.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, KPIs, and regular reporting.

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technology and digital projects, ensuring correct execution in terms of scope, quality, timelines, and budget. This role plays a key part in the evolution of the company's digital ecosystem, including mobile apps, the corporate website and the development of the e-commerce channel, all contributing to a better business growth.

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic technology and digital projects
• Manage the development mobile applications, ensuring an optimal digital experience for members
• Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and associated digital platforms
• Lead the implementation and evolution of the e-commerce channel, including lead capture, online sign-up, digital payments, and user experience
• Coordinate technology vendors, digital partners, and external teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget control
• Responsible for managing and implementing Odoo-based ERP solutions, coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams to optimize business processes, integrate systems, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in internal processes and customer service
• Define functional requirements together with different departments and ensure their correct technical implementation
• Oversee functional testing, deployments, incidents, and enhancements across digital platforms
• Prepare project plans, timelines, KPIs, and regular reporting
• Ensure implemented solutions meet the security, data protection, and scalability standards needed to support company growth

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience as a Project Manager in IT or equivalent roles, with at least 5 years leading technology and digital projects end-to-end
• Proven experience in mobile app development, corporate websites, and e-commerce platform projects
• Experience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies, and technology vendors
• Knowledge of systems integration via APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and customer-facing digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic, fast-growing environments
• Results-oriented profile with strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and focus on continuous improvement
• High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written
