Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Поддержка и контроль интегрированного в ERP плана работ по Airline-проекту.
• Вы выступаете основным контактным лицом между IT и бизнес-командами.
• Выявление отклонений, зависимостей и рисков, разработка планов снижения.
• Проведение воркшопов с ключевыми пользователями и отслеживание действий.
• Подготовка отчетов о прогрессе для руководства и управление эскалациями в Agile.

Задачи:

Maintain and oversee the Airline - New ERP integrated work plan, ensuring strategic milestones and deadlines are met. Act as the main point of contact and liaison between IT and Business teams. Anticipate potential deviations, critical dependencies, and project risks, and develop mitigation plans. Lead workshops with key users (stakeholders) and continuously follow up on open actions. Prepare progress reports for management and manage the agile escalation of operational blockers.

Требования:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Previous experience implementing ERP systems, specifically for or applied to the field of aircraft maintenance (MRO).
• Strong familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and airline/fleet operations.
• Strong analytical skills, process structuring, cross-functional leadership, results orientation, and excellent multi-stakeholder management.
• B2 level of English (essential for technical documentation and communication).
