The Senior/Lead Product Designer will own end-to-end design of data-rich interfaces, drive platform adoption, and shape the design system while collaborating with PM, Engineering, and Construction teams.

Competenze

• More than five years of experience designing digital products as a Senior or Lead Product Designer in an IC role.
• Experience with B2B products or data-heavy products valued.
• Startup or fast-growth environment experience.
• Comfort with qualitative research and customer conversations.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to think in systems first and experiences second.
• Experience using AI tools to prototype and design.
• Fluent Spanish (written/spoken) and professional English.

• Transform independent digital modules and Excel tools — bid comparison, contracting, construction planning and cost control — into an integrated, coherent platform that improves cost, speed and reliability for our users
• Design and develop interfaces with large volumes of data, such as comparison tables, contract scopes, planning dashboards, cost dashboards and approval workflows, ensuring an intuitive user experience and high visual quality
• Establish the foundations and principles that enable the Project Management team to feed data into your area of responsibility and, in turn, ensure that actual contracted prices and construction performance are incorporated back into the catalog
• Design with the less digitally experienced users in our value chain in mind: site managers, construction teams and suppliers. You will visit construction sites, observe work in the field and design based on what is actually happening.
• Platform adoption is part of the work from the outset, not a post-launch phase
• Work closely with the Project Management, Engineering and Construction teams to identify problems, test solutions and iteratively develop improvements
• Help improve the design team's way of working: contribute to the evolution of the design system, take part in design critique sessions, drive the adoption and impact of AI, and raise the quality bar through your influence
• Use product analytics and research to measure adoption, identify difficulties and make improvements quickly

• Experience with B2B products or products with large volumes of data will be especially valued.
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing environments, in collaboration with Product and Development teams.
• Comfort working with qualitative research, direct customer conversations and business data.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to think in systems first and experiences second.
• You should know how to identify how a product creates value within complex ecosystems and design solutions with that broader perspective in mind.
• Ability to align diverse opinions and maintain momentum without sacrificing quality.
• You use artificial intelligence tools to work faster, create prototypes quickly, explore different interface variations, write UI copy and facilitate design handoff to development.
• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written, and professional-level English.
