Job summary

Opella is seeking a People Success Digital Product Manager to shape and oversee the portfolio of digital HR products in a fast-growing global organization. You will collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security, and Digital teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Your role involves leading end-to-end product delivery, translating business needs into technology capabilities, and driving adoption through data-driven decisions and stakeholder alignment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital products, HR technology platforms, or enterprise tech transformations.
• Strong understanding of product management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in complex matrix organisations.
• Fluent English is required.
• Bonus: HR tech, Workday, people analytics, or recruiting platforms experience is advantageous.

• Build business cases, manage budgets, and support investment decisions across the People Success technology portfolio.
• Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and decision support to governance forums and senior leadership teams.
