Nuvolar Works is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives in the diagnostics sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with regulatory and governance standards.

You will support Agile practices and report progress to senior management while maintaining strong stakeholder communication in English. A hybrid onsite presence is part of the role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
• Strong skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent oral and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from planning to closure.

• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure tasks are on schedule.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives within the diagnostics sector.

Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively. Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escape as necessary. Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. Report project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization, where applicable
