Astek Iberia is seeking an IT PMO to coordinate and monitor several parallel IT initiatives for a leading utilities sector client in Spain. The role covers governance, reporting and cross‑functional coordination across global teams.

The candidate will produce executive dashboards, track milestones and budgets, and support governance materials for steering committees, with fluent Spanish and English required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as PMO, Project Coordinator or similar in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a portfolio setting.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong governance expertise with steering committees and status reviews.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and resource use.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID, change logs, minutes).
• Produce executive reports and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
