Astek Iberia is supporting a leading utilities company with IT initiatives across Spain. We are seeking an IT PMO to coordinate, report and monitor several projects in parallel, across ticketing, security software and other IT initiatives.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, supporting governance activities and executive reporting, with fluency in Spanish and English. Multinational teams and Azure DevOps experience are valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years as PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Management Support in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
