Murzilli Consulting in Madrid is seeking an IT Operations Assistant to manage and support our global tech environment. You will be autonomous, proactive, and ready to own day-to-day IT operations.

Based in Madrid with 40 hours per week and in-office requirement at least 4 days; English fluency required; macOS and network infrastructure experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Based in Madrid with full legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Mid-level hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
• Professional working fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Position Title: IT Assistant

Location: Madrid, Spain

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Note: This is full-time position with 40 hours per week, and requires at least 4 days per week to work from our office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Operations Assistant based in Madrid to manage and support our global tech environment. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills and technical expertise to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.

What We Expect:

• "Can-Do" Attitude: Energetic, highly adaptable, and proactive in taking full ownership of technical challenges and system improvements.
• Proven Problem-Solver: Analytical and diagnostic skills with a track record of troubleshooting issues independently and efficiently.
• Operational Independence: Ability to manage end-to-end IT support, vendor relations, and infrastructure without needing constant supervision.

Technical Expertise

• Experience managing user accounts, admin privileges.
• Technical familiarity with macOS operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Exposure to or strong interest in cloud administration, IT security standards, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Based in Madrid with full legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Mid-level hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
• Professional working fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
